I don't have a returns label, how do I get a new one?

We do not send paper return slips inside your parcel – instead, you can create a return online through your Bleu Berry's account.

You’ll need to create your return through ‘My Account’. This will allow you to print off a returns label to put on the outside of your parcel; the label includes all the information we need to process your return. Find out more on how to create a return: Click here
