How do I place an order?

It couldn't be easier to place an order with us. We've broken it down into simple steps for you to follow:

Step 1: Pick your items

Firstly, you need to pick your must- have items! Once you've clicked on the product and you've got the item page open, just select the color/ size if required and click 'Add to Bag '.

Step 2: Go to checkout

Once you've found everything you're looking for, you need to head over to the checkout section. You can just click the bag icon in the right hand corner of the screen. This will take you to your 'Shopping Bag', where you'll be able to amend item details if needed.

Step 3: Log into your account

To place your order, you need to click 'Checkout' - this will take you onto our checkout section. You'll be asked to log into your account if you're an existing customer or create a new account if you're new to Bleu Berry's.

Step 4: Add any promo codes

At the checkout section, you'll see an order summary of what you'll be receiving from Bleu Berry's at the top. Right below is our promo/student code section. From there, you'll be able to enter any applicable code and apply it to your order.

Step 5: Select your delivery details

You'll then see your registered email address and below that, will be your 'delivery address'. Underneath this, are your delivery options - please choose your shipping method carefully as it cannot be amended at a later date.

Step 6: Enter your payment

The final stage of the checkout is the payment section; this will provide you with the opportunity to enter your payment details. Select the payment method you'd like to use and when you're ready to place your order click on 'Place Order'. To better protect our customers when making online payments by card you may be presented with 3D secure security measures when paying. This is dependent on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or phone.

Step 7: Order confirmation

Once you've placed your order, you'll be taken to a confirmation page. You'll also receive a confirmation of order email to your registered Bleu Berry's email address giving you all the details of your order.
