Having trouble finding the email?

We recommend checking your spam or junk folder if you can’t find the email. Make sure to also check the inbox of any other email address that may be linked to your account. For example, if you’ve linked a social media email account to your Bleu Berry's account, it’s worth checking the email address connected to that account as the email could have been sent there.
